Sharon Anderson has been involved in 4-H for over 40 years. She was a ten-year 4-H member in Richland County, ending with her attending National 4-H Congress. She was a charter member of the ND Association of Extension 4-H Youth Workers. As district director and now Extension Director, she supports and encourages youth work for all staff. Sharon has been involved with the ND
4-H Foundation for many years and has provided great leadership as it has moved toward Policy Governance Leadership and broad-based youth education opportunities. She continues to share the profound impact
