Paul Hoshiko was a lifelong advocate of 4-H and a national 4-H Alumni winner who spearheaded development of the Colorado 4-H Foundation. In 1952, he became the second male delegate to participate in the International 4-H Youth Exchange when he traveled to Scotland to stay with three different families for six months.
Paul has supported 4-H with distinction as he sought to increase financial support of programs through the Colorado 4-H Youth Fund. He gave leadership, time and personal resources to ensure opportunities would always be available to 4-H youth.

Served as Colorado 4-H Youth Fund chairman and trustee for 40 years.
