For five decades, Linda Branstetter has served in a variety of capacities serving as an officer on the Metcalfe County 4-H Council, the County Homemaker Council and the County Extension Council.
Linda received the 2016 Kentucky 4-H Innovative, Creative, Enthusiastic (I.C.E.) Award and the 2020 Kentucky 4-H Lifetime Achievement Award. Linda received the 2023 Kentucky Extension Homemaker Association’s Most Innovative 4-H and KEHA Partnership Project Award with “Project Patriot” and the 2022 local Retired Teachers Association Volunteer of the Year Award.
Linda’s 4-H clubs became widely recognized for the quality of their performances in area variety shows which culminated in performances at the Kentucky State Fair.
